Terms

This Terms of Service (General Membership Agreement or Membership Agreement) between you (You, Member, User or Advertiser) and PTC50.com, Ltd. (PTC50.com) sets out the terms of your membership. You must read, understand and agree to the terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement by marking I Accept. If You do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement PTC50.com is unwilling to allow You to become a Member.

  • Multiple Joins
    You are not allowed to create any more than 1 account.

  • Cashouts
    All payments are made via PayPal or AlertPay. You can request payment once your account balanace is $0.50 or more (for standard members) or $0.25 or more (for upgraded members). Payments are processed once every 24 hours.

  • Verification Pack
    If you are a member from an Asian country/territory then you are required to purchase the verification pack before cashing out. This pack will give you the benefits of upgraded members and will last a lifetime. This is a quality assurance measure.

  • False Representing
    We do not tollerate anyone who uses false information to get referrals.

  • Purchases
    Refund Policy: Fees for upgrading your membership or purchasing intangible items are generally non-refundable. Aside from this, we will work with you to solve any problems you may have.

  • Cheating
    With our tough anti-cheat system, it is extremely difficult to cheat. If someone is caught cheating or simply attempting to cheat, we have the right to forfeit all earnings and possibly even ban the user from our network. Cheating would include any of the following:
  • Interfering with our system to prevent optimum security and/or reliability.
  • Creating any type of emulator, or a program to automate the process of clicking.
  • Any malicious act that may, in any way, interfeire with our system.
  • Purposefully submitting false entries in the Paid to Signup area.

  • Spam
    We do not beleive in spam, and we are very strict on the handling of your information. The only emails you will receive are periodic emails with information about updates and issues with the site.

  • Inactive Accounts
    If your account has been inactive for more than 60 days, your earnings will be cleared.

  • Advertising Terms
    -- The website must not contain pornographic, racist, discriminating, vulgar, illegal, or other adult materials of any kind.
    -- The website must not contain any frame breakers.
    -- The website must be english.
    -- The website must not contain or promote any viruses
    -- The website must not conatin ANY promts such as download dialogs or confirmation alerts.

    -- The website's single popup/popunder must not open any new windows.
    -- The website's single popup/popunder must not break any of the above terms.

  • Rights & Liabilities
    Assurance: PTC50.com upfront reserves the right to modify the terms at any time, with or without caution. We take no responsibility for violations occurred by PTC50.com members, it's your job to revisit the terms on a regular basis.
    Errors: We cannot assure the site may or may not have exploits, Any user caught exploiting any area of PTC50.com will result in account termination and all funds to be forfeited. Please note legal action may also be initiated.
